Well, after giving it a little thought, I finally came up with something good that Youtube has given us...
Some French guy decided to record "street music videos" in France, and it has turned out that he's got some really good bands to come and play in the streets of France. I'm also surprised because the sound quality is pretty good too. So, here's my favorite videos that he's done...
Shins (2 songs) - Gone for Good & Turn on Me

Guillemots - Made Up Love Song #43

Home...
So, I'm at home, and pretty bored. It feels weird being at home.
Speaking of that "home" feeling, I got reminded of a poem I like. (I hope I can find it.)
Yep, found it. . . It's called "where we are" by Gerald Locklin.
i envy those
who live in two places:
new york, say, and london;
wales and spain;
l.a. and paris;
hawaii and switzerland.
there is always the anticipation
of the change, the chance that what is wrong
is the result of where you are. i have
always loved both the freshness of
arriving and the relief of leaving. with
two homes every move would be a homecoming.
i am not even considering the weather, hot
or cold, dry or wet: i am talking about hope
Anyway, there's something calming in that poem, and I really like it.
