So, I'm at home, and pretty bored. It feels weird being at home.
Speaking of that "home" feeling, I got reminded of a poem I like. (I hope I can find it.)
Yep, found it. . . It's called "where we are" by Gerald Locklin.
i envy those
who live in two places:
new york, say, and london;
wales and spain;
l.a. and paris;
hawaii and switzerland.
there is always the anticipation
of the change, the chance that what is wrong
is the result of where you are. i have
always loved both the freshness of
arriving and the relief of leaving. with
two homes every move would be a homecoming.
i am not even considering the weather, hot
or cold, dry or wet: i am talking about hope
Anyway, there's something calming in that poem, and I really like it.

i'm a fan of that poem, too. i mean, i am now.
me gusta el poema, it just calmed me down as a matter of fact...and as they say in "Gradschool" it is a truism. Who the heck says "truism"
